Seriously thought, it is so important that you practice, practice and practice some more.
You have two papers and three hours to complete them. This may seem like a lot of time but time has a nasty habit of disappearing when you need it the most.
Below is a breakdown of time for each of your papers and my suggestions on how you should approach them.
Remember this is my recommendation, if it does not work for you, then find something that does work!
- 1 and a half hours per paper

- If you can, try and bring some quotes in and facts and figures. That is what pushes it to the higher grades.

Most importantly, please ensure you are getting enough sleep, you are eating as well as you can (try to avoid high energy drinks and junk food). Regular exercise is also hugely beneficial, as are breaks for 10 minutes for every hour of study.
Finally, try and not use your device an hour before you sleep. The bright light from the screen affects how well you sleep. It causes the brain to stop producing melatonin, a hormone that gives your body the “time to sleep” cues. Because of this, smartphone light can disrupt your sleep cycle, making it harder to fall and stay asleep.
