Ekkk its term 3 already, which means its external assessment countdown!!
This term we will be looking at the final parts of the Chinese Revolution, followed closely by the Cold War and then the Vietnam War. This is an important war to study as its was heavily influenced by the intervention of America and it has often been said that the loss of life may not have been as big if America had not gotten so heavily involved.
We will be looking at theories such as Domino Theory and how the paranoia that the Cold War caused helped fuel the need of America to stop the spread of Communism, at any cost.
We will also be doing A LOT of external practice so get used to doing lots of essay writing and source analysis. As usual if you have any suggestions on content or how we could do a topic, revision or exam practice differently, please let me know.
